Default Fontana- Village of Heritage

Does anyone know if this is a good neighborhood to raise a family? It's in the Etiwanda school district so that's a big plus. My wife and I are planning to buy in Fontana and I've come across a lot of listings in this area. It's just east of the 15 fwy between Baseline and Foothill. We're also looking around the Sierra Lakes and Hunter's Ridge areas but it seems that those neighborhoods are slightly more expensive and just out of our budget. The Village of Heritage looks to be more affordable. Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The closer you get to the 210 and/or Ranch Cucamonga, the better it is for the most part. There are some really nice parts of Fontana/Rialto just north of the 210 Freeway. They might be a tad bit more expensive, but you may be able to find something in your budget.

Thanks,

CS
