Never had a problem and love the alberhill ranch area. I found rosetta canyon to be desolate and full of rentals. All of the new homes have high tax rates, thats the downfall of the inland valley. So those of you who look at alberhilll, i love it. Oh, by the way....the pacific clay co does not work at night anymore and the pool has a security guard now. So, the association is working for me!

Default Alberhill Ranch is horrible

You must not open your windows at night, Pacific Aggregrate Clay is still working at night, there is No security guard at the pool, (have you ever edwonder what's under our homes). Gabrield you sound like a renter down the street. Not to put you down if you owned your home would would know, taxes are higher than most in the I.E. if your home is $300K you pay County tax of $3,500.00 yearly, in addition to that you pay ALBEHILL Ranch Special Tax/Lake Elsinore $6,500.00 yearly (that special tax increases 2% yearly), you also pay $179.00 month dues, and with all the break-ins you need security for your homes. Rosetta Canyon is much better than Alberhill Ranch lower taxes and no quarry to pollute the air.

I can vouch for this statement. I looked at Alberhill and its new homes with sticker prices were much lower than anywhere else but I found out was due to taxes and special assessments being higher than anywhere else in Riverside, even compared to The Retreat in Corona (which I thought was already plenty high).

Yikes. Alberhill doesn't look that bad. I live across Lake from Alberhill and I don't have the problems described herein.

I guess it is an alternate universe or something.

Alberhill Ranch (BUILT BY CASTLE & COOKE, THE SAME FOLKS WHO BROUGHT US PACIFIC AGGREGRATE AND PACIFIC CLAY) I believe is an awful place and I believe as do many of my neighbors here in Alberhill Ranch, anyone with good sense would move and get the heck out of Lake Elsinore as fast as you can. The taxes are the highest in the county, higher than all the other taxes in Lake Elsinore, the air is rated F. What is in the air we breath, is it like the song " killing me softly", what is it doing to our health?

Particles in the air travel 10 miles at times, you can't see the stuff with your eyes.

Alberhill Ranch sucks for me my family and many of my neighbors, it's a true GHETTO, we are deprived - deprived of good air.....................
