I've just retired and am considering one of the 55+ communities in Murrieta - The Colony, Four Seasons, or possibly Bear Creek.

Murrieta seems to attract a lot of seniors. I don't get it. Murrieta has practically no bus system. Sooner or later, these people will reach a point when they are no longer able to drive.
