El Cerrito Home Tour: Mansions, Castles & Haciendas
The El Cerrito Tour featuring 7 homes will be held on Saturday, May 5th.
Tickets are still available for the 11am & 12noon slots. On-line purchase is $16/person and day-of (if still available) is $18.
One of the homes I'm really interested in seeing is the "castle" house. We've walked by it for the last 4 yrs and finally got in to see it when it was on the market. It needed A LOT of work.
A young couple purchased it & apparently have done a top-to-bottom restoration.
