Default Mountain Area

My husband and i plan to relocate in southern California. We would like to like in the mountains but close to LA. So we thought about SB. Wrightwood in particular. My husband is a commercial pilot so we would need an airport close. We plan to build a large home in the mountains. DO you believe SB would be a good choice for us? Also what cities should we look into?

ONT's only 37 miles from Wrightwood. LAX is 92 miles away, over some of the most brutal freeways in the Southland, traffic wise.

Wrightwood's very pretty.

That type of home would be out of place in Wrightwood. You do find high end homes in the Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear areas.

You'd have to check with the County for that info.
