Exclamation Disney Cost is too expensive!!!

In 1955, Walt Disney opened Disneyland's gates... His words were very touching and still today we can hear them on the Disneyland property. Since Disneyland first opened in 1955, the prices have risen to a high of seventy dollars for just one day. The Annual Passport cost a two hundered dollar sum and that is for the whole entire year. These costs are too expensive, and yet people still keep going to the happiest place on earth... Is it really happy? I think Disneyland has alot of things to change before they should be able to raise the price up any more! If the Disneyland resort needs the money than why not stop building and start saving for the future things that they are building? Disneyland has several things to change such as the parade (which has been around for one full year already).

If Disneyland wants families to have the time of their life than they will need to lower the prices!

Disneyland has basically stayed the same, but prices have risen up to a high of $70!!!

If people will pay it - and apparently they will - then it's a logical price. Too expensive? Everything is too expensive for someone. It's certainly too expensive for me, but then visiting Disneyland wouldn't make my Top 1000 list of things to do in southern California, anyway.

But compare it to other things. Want to go see the Ducks? Tickets range from from $21 to $321/game. And a day at Disneyland lasts a lot longer than a hockey game.

It's what the market will bear.

Annual passes are a much better deal. They even have a financing plan.

The financing plan is only for Southern California residents which is pretty cool. I think Disney is trying to help people out but see if you dont have a job you still have to pay it and the area is basically becoming with no jobs available so if you get fired you get fired.

Did you happen to notice the name of the forum you posted in? Your opening post on this forum is a rant against a company that charges more than you think they should. OK. Everyone's entitled to their opinion but what relevance does that have to people looking to relocate to the Inland Empire?
