LOL, it has already recovered a bit from last summer in the area near the 210/15 junction. Haven't really looked into Riverside but it can't be too different.

Don't they teach in jounalism school never to use the word "never." You sort of box yourself in when you say that because there's always a probability that things will happen.

What is their definition of "recover"? If they're expecting prices to return to peak levels in real dollars, I don't think very many areas in the entire country will ever "recover" because peak prices were all BS anyway.

Those would be nominal dollars, not real dollars. Real dollars are adjusted for inflation.

But, still, never say never. There could well be some future even-more-unrealistic ballooning of prices.
