Old houses and apartments except the River Gardens, but even that is falling apart. Only work is fast food or casinos 24 miles away in Laughlin unless you know someone in town to get you a job. City council wont allow any business to bring work here. They are still trying to keep this place a retirement town, but 3/4ths the pop. is young adults, kids, and single parents on welfare. The hospital is in debt and close to bankruptcy again. Superior court has left town so anything over a misdemeanor is shipped to Barstow. One bar in town not worth visiting. The police department is a joke.
If you have kids, I suggest moving elsewhere. The High School offers some trade classes and the school they call a college is mostly online courses.
