Any good places in SD that offer adult swimming lessons?

All YMCA's offer adult swimming lessons. All you have to do is join the one of your choice. If you join the Mission Valley Y, you have access to four of them. They are: MV on Friars Road, Hazard Center, Toby Wells in Clairemont/Kearny Mesa, and downtown.

Good suggestion about the YMCA. I wanted to clarify, however, that you don't have to join the YMCA to take swimming lessons there, although non members do pay a higher fee for the lessons than members. There are different types of membership levels and not all of them give you access to all other area YMCA centers. You can find all this information online.

I used to belong to the Copley YMCA, and only had access to that one. The MV Y is the only one that offers access to others. And yes, it's all online. I cancelled my membership after the yoga instructor insulted me.
