Default Charter Schools? Need suggestions please

Does anyone know anything about Albert Einstein Academy? Or any other elementary charter schools anyone can recommend? We are contemplating a move out of CA, one reason is the cost of living, the other big one is because the public schools seem in such decline. A mom on the playground told me recently that her 4th grader in the Poway school district will have 40 kids per class this fall. I don't know if she was exaggerating or not but do I hear a lot of complaining from parents of school age kids lately and we live in a "good" school district. I have a toddler now but am concerned that by the time he gets to grade school the class sizes will be out of control. Can't afford private either, so it's either get out of the state or think about staying here, keep a low budget and eventually enroll my child in a charter school. I know very little about them though. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

California school districts are having problems and cutting teachers, therefore, there are more kids in each classroom.

You can find school reviews on GreatSchools - Public and Private School Ratings, Reviews and Parent Community. You can also do a google search for a particular school, and it may have reviews on it.
