My husband and I are moving to the Poway area from Wisconsin next month and are looking for some new friends (strictly platonic). We do not have any family in California, so were hoping to meet some people.
We are in our 30's and love to be social (bars, rock and roll concerts, cook- outs, beach, etc.). We also have two boys (age 9 and 13). Please give me a shout if you like doing the same type of things and are not looking for anything weird. ha ha Last edited by dj71fromWI; 06-25-2007 at 12:11 PM. Reason: change wording |

You shouldn't have any problems meeting people with the same interests as you and your husband. San Diego has the bars, fiestas/cook-outs, concerts and beaches. For bars, there's Gaslamp. Concerts, there's plenty of venues. I think you'll enjoy Street Scene.
