Nightly rentals near PB/MV? (hotel, house, beach)

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows of any places you can rent out a room of a house or whatever for like $40-50/night around Pacific/Mission Beach or Mission Valley. I'm looking for around 3 nights in mid-July. Just thought someone here might have a friend or know of someone who does this sort of thing.

You can rent out a house in PB/MB for hundreds a night in summer. Tons of people do it. You should get a group together and do a share. Otherwise a hotel will probably be cheaper.
