Default Roadside assistance by insurance companies

Auto insurance companies provide roadside assistance for very cheap compared to traditional roadside assistance companies like AAA. But most of them report these claims to the CLUE database and thus increasing your insurance premiums in the long run.

But I have heard that California has a law that prohibits the insurance companies to report the roadside assistance claims to CLUE. Can anybody confirm this?

Thanks
