Default Playmor in Rancho Bernardo

I was looking at a townhouse in this community and was wondering if anyone could give me information about the area. I will have three teenagers in high school in that area.

Thanks!!

I have family in that community and have spent quite a bit of time there. Unless the house you're looking At is right next to the street (I think it's Bernardo Center? Maybe RB Road.), it's generally quiet and there is a good mix of people (younger couples, families, some older couples). The area is convenient to the 15 and shopping, chain restaurants, etc. Lake Poway is only 10 minutes away. I know a few of the houses were going pretty cheaply earlier this year. Can't comment on schools, unfortunately.

I moved there with my kids (12 and 16) after my divorce. They were enrolled in Poway schools and I wanted to keep them there. It was a pleasant enough experience considering we had all just gone through the trauma of divorce. All the Poway schools are excellent. I kept my kids in their old schools (Twin Peaks and Poway High) but RB schools are also in the Poway district and you can't go wrong with any Poway district schools.
