It was a close and winnable to they got down to the 5 min mark. Doesn't help losing one of our best players 2 nights before.

I remember a week or so ago, seeing the SDSU vs. Michigan game profiled in the sports section of the "Onion."

I thought, "HOLY SMOKES!" SDSU is going up against a powerhouse like Michigan? How can this be? Is SDSU that good? (Well, maybe they are, I dunno.)

I talked to some coaches I know about this contest. Soon, it struck me that it was NOT football, but basketball.

Then, suddenly nobody cared.

True story, btw.

Well Yes and no. Have you ever been to a Browns game, Detroit Lions Game, Green Packers Games in the late 80's, Lakers Game during the bad years Just name a few. Those Fans Support their teams, in good times and bad, and it shows by their Tickets sales in the bad years. The City of San Diego is unique in the fact that, most people that live here were not Born here so there is no emotional attachment to the Sports teams here.

What else they got to do in Dec?

Not like they can get a T time.
