I saw one a few days ago but it wasn't dark yet like 7pm. Anyways she was missing teeth and was like the grossest thing I've ever seen.

Lol, in El Cajon City, there's a lot of questionable characters in this part of town. Mostly tweakers and Bums doing anything they can to get some meth in their hands, and yeah it's pretty scary and creepy to see ones with obvious wigs walking around Main st!
