Default Fallbrook?

Can anyone tell me about Fallbrook? If my husband takes the job in Temecula, we may look at FB as a possible place to rent/buy.

Someone told me there are some "rough" areas, but I dont know where that would be.

Thanks!

I really enjoy it in Fallbrook. If I were working closer, I would buy a house here. Our dream home was a non-tract home-old but a fixer upper with land. Yes, there are some areas that are not the best, but it feels very much like a small town with a comfortable feeling. We are renting in Lake Rancho Viejo in Fallbrook, which is an area off of the 15 freeway. I don't love it here, as it is far away from everything, but there are some good prices to be had here, as there are resales and new homes being sold. It is a very safe area, and very quiet. Anyway, I really do like Fallbrook. So does Tori Spelling. Her Inn is here! (Actually it is not really hers;she is just renting it). Good luck in your search!
