I was visiting family in San Diego a few years ago, and we visited TJ. I used a drivers license and was able to get back on the US side.

3/4 day. the halfsies won't usually do down unless the sandies are spawning off the bullpen or bft at the Islands. The mex day pass would drive the ticket price up too high for a halfer.

But I think the idea makes more sense than going down on foot or sitting in border traffic.

I was in TJ last week. I love it there because everyone is afraid of it. I felt safe the whole time I was there. I waited three hours in crawling traffic to get back across the border. Walk across the border or take the bus. The bus goes back across the border in an express lane.
