suspended licensed (license, transport, discount)

Last night a was pulled over by the police, my licensed was suspended because of a dui I got on June, I did not have to appear in court till late November, the cops tolled my car and gave me a verbal warning ticket that I was driving with a suspended licensed, and gave another ticket for driving with a suspended license. Like I said I got a dui in June and that was my first dui, but I was summoned to court till late November. What should I expect?

You drove while intoxicated. Sorry, no sympathy from me. As the poster above stated, you should be getting acquainted with public transport because it is currently illegal for you to be driving a car.

If you're asking what you should expect with your court date -- this is a question for your lawyer, not a free public forum.

You most likely are going to jail or close to it. Pack your bags.

I would most strongly encourage you to go to AA (I know... you would never drink and drive again).

i'm am qualified next month (february) to get my license back, BUT, my dumbass got pulled over on friday for a dumbass reason which i prefer not to disclose. nothing serious though. my court date is on march 19. does anybody know if that ticket is gonna withhold my license back. im assuming it shouldn't be a problem. im planning on getting the license hopefully and showing it to the judge, hoping he or she will dismiss it. any suggestions??

Unless you were driving to/from work, plan on getting an extension of the suspension for a year or so. You may be looking at jail time.
