I am a property manager in the SouthBay and find that I am renting more and more properties to individuals in one or more of the San Diego zip codes. Is there a list of Rent Controled housing areas by Zip Code.

I don't think San Diego has rent control.

moved is right... no rent control in the city of San Diego. We have lots of Section 8 housing which I guess is considered a rent subsidy.

Do some of the mobile-home parks have rent control?

No rent control that I know of around here. I know up in LA , city of Santa Monica has rent control. Some mobile home parks that are city owned have rent control on the land/space rent but again that is just the land they still have a separate payment on the trailer.

No rent control anywhere in the immediate SD area. That is San Diego proper as well as National City, Chula Vista, El Cajon, La Mesa, Coronado or Santee.

There used to be rent control ordinances, applying specifically to trailer parks, in Oceanside and Santee (and maybe others that I don't know of.) The one in Oceanside just got lifted recently, but the one in Santee is still in place.

This isn't necessarily up to date but close Cities with Rent Control

That list is very old. Berkeley is on that list and they got rid of rent control in the 90's. San Francisco and Oakland also do not have rent control.
