K.U.S.I is very right wing, military this and that, proud to be American news station. They constantly have Republican candidates or local conservative politicians on air all the time.

The owner of the station is Republican that should explain everything.

Yeah the news anchors are totally annoying too. I can stand Bridgette nasso (?) but the rest are annoying

That doesn't sound like it is specific for a newspaper. Could be anything. It is ridiculousness. How about "The universe's greatest galaxy and solar system"?

This is a great example as to why I think you one of least credible posters on here. Manchester did NOT buy CityBeat or Voice of San Diego! Do you just make this stuff up?!? I'm always amazed at how you talk so much about things you know nothing about.

I read it somewhere, I believe it was in a February or January issue of the Reader at the beginning of the mag where they talk about political news. If It's not true, thank god! Because knowing Manchester, he would do everything and anything it takes to silence liberal ranting.

And no, I am not trying to "just" make things up for arguments sake SDurb.

apparently The U-T isn't the only newspaper to ban this comic. I was reading an article and in the comment section this is what I saw:"I'm visiting FL, subscribed to the formerly liberal St. Petersburg Times, now the Tampa Bay Times, and have discovered that Thursday's Mar.1 Doonsbury cartoon was eliminated. The truth is just too much for some. Protect yourselves from losing any more rights. Next up...the right to vote?"

First off, sorry for coming off so harsh in my previous post, I must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. I'm really not that big of a jerk.

I remember that article in The Reader you are talking about, and you'll be glad to know that it was just a joke. I like my VOSD and CityBeat just the way they are.
