I'm in the process of having my dental work done now. It's unbelievable abut eh difference in prices between here and TJ. I've spent $400 so far, and am not finished yet, but the cost of everything that I need will be under $2000. I'm going to Baja Dentistry.

If you have a valid prescription there are some good Canadian pharmacies too. It just takes a bit longer to arrive. The amount of $ we save is ridiculous.

I've gotten cosmetic dental work done in TJ. Roughly half the price of what it would have cost in the U.S. The dentist I would see over there does work in an office in Chula Vista I think once a week but is hired under someone to just do root canals or something (don't remember what he told me). He owns his own office in TJ. I asked him if I could just get the work done in the the U.S. office and he said no due to regulations he had at that office and that the pricing would change (thought he could do it as a courtesy but I understand).

I used to get antibiotics in TJ (just basic amoxicillin), but it's easier for me to just buy from an Indian pharmacy online despite it taking like a month to arrive. I also get Fluconazle online. When I went to Italy you can just buy it from a pharmacist like in TJ but it's actually not that cheap. I was cheaper off buying a larger quantity online. They are both extremely handy for me to have available. I got sick of taking time of work when I knew I had an infection just to get amoxicillin which I knew they would have prescribed anyway. Likewise Kaiser won't prescribe me the 1 fluconazle pill unless I go in (yes simply for a yeast infection lol).

I used to buy antibiotics in TJ, but now order Amoxicillin from eBay. I've been given prescriptions for what I need when I'm finished at the dentist. So far, that's included Amoxicillin, an anti-inflammatory (2 different kinds), and a great pain killer.

Unfortunately, my teeth need much more than cosmetic surgery, and that will be done, also. I just had two teeth pulled, and will be having a mold made for a new lower partial.

The next step is to find a primary care doctor in TJ, and I'll ask when I have my next dentist's appointment.
