East County:

East County San Diego. Tall cans, tatoos, black socks, wife beaters, trailor parks, dirt bikes, the Klan, peckerwoods, bikers, meth amphetamines, nature, white boys, backwards hats with the fliped up brim, san diego pride, hardcore, punk, 0503 (numerics for E.C.), 1904.

Some East County Cities:
La Mesa, El Cajon, Lakeside, Santee (aka Klantee)

and

A euphemism generally reserved for inhabitants of the Eastern portion of San Diego County. These people typically brandish tattoos, iron crosses, poor dental care, and can be seen driving trucks lifted 6" higher in the front than in the rear (a.k.a. "bro lift") laden with SRH, Metal Mulisha and Kottonmouth Kings stickers. The entire back seats of these vehicles are taken up by subwoofers booming ****ty white boy rap music. People of this character are usually inbred and can be described as being white trash, classless and exhibiting an extreme lack of intelligence.

Urban Dictionary: east county

ROFL. Classic.

Do you know anywhere around East County where they might sell starter kit apparel and instructions for this?

I sure do, in El Cajon:

City in East San Diego County, California. Absolutely crawling with violent, white-trash tweakers, homophobes, hardcore racists, and some unfortunate people of Mexican descent who can't afford to live anywhere else. If you've bought drugs in San Diego, they probably came from here. Fat girls in sweats are the rule, as is beating your wife/kids and fighting with police, neighbors or anyone else you think has "disrespected" you.

The rent is so high in Clairemont, I've been thinking about moving to El Cajon.

Urban Dictionary: el cajon

Those of you who are not from San Diego, the above definition is exaggerating a bit. It isn't that horrible lol

So, no. I do not see San Diego changing. The main reason is because conservatives have children and raise them to be/think/act the same way that they do. Little mini-me's.
Oh please....you complain about being bored in SD and you move to Vegas? That's the promise land for the unskilled, uneducated, unqualified, unambitious, uncreative, uninteresting, unmotivated and lazy.

Yeah, my dad has a really good friend who started a small business and became very wealthy. Then he invested in additional startups and made even more money.

He's got a very expensive house in La Jolla, and he's a democrat.

Exactly. Its common misconception to associate 'wealth' with certain political affiliation.
Its like some opinions I have heard that Presidential election outcomes have a direct correlation with the stock market.

Actually, if you're wealthy, a democratic President has historically been better for you. If you took $10K and invested it in the S&P 500 when republicans were President since 1920, you'd have $11K. If you did it when democrats were in office, you'd have $300K.

It's kind of strange how the republican party has the pro-investor label when investors do far worse under their Presidents. You gotta have cap gains to have them taxed!

As an aside, I think the S&P 500 is up around 50 percent since Obama took office.

Exactly my point. The tin foil hat wearers love to beat that Republican vs Dem argument all day long.

Yeah, I heard the founder of Qualcomm on the news a few weeks ago and he is a Democrat. He basically said do not follow the money, do what interests you and give back to those who helped you. He also said that if he hadn't let his curiosity get the best of him and do what he wanted, he wouldn't be where he is today.

When I think of Conservatives I just think of a selfish "Me! Me! Meeeee!" type person. We do need some fiscal conservatism to keep out of debt but I don't like all the greed ridden policies that most Republicans favor.

That's not tin foil hat stuff, my friend. A professor at the University of Nevada did a study that looked at stock market returns, GDP growth, and employment. Every single one of those was better under democratic Presidents than under republicans.

Correlation is not causation, but random chance would create a 50/50 split.
