Need Affordable Home,

Take a look in 92127 in an area called Westwood. You can find a nice home in there under 550k for sure. The homes are older, but the area is still nice/safe and enjoys the same great schools as the rest of RB. The Westwood club is very kid friendly (huge pool and playground). You can also look in the areas next to 4S Ranch called Camino Bernardo and High Country West. These homes are older (late 80s), but very nice. I know for certain there are 3Bdrs here for under 550k.
