Yeah, silly me not to think felony vandalism is just a barrel of laughs. I'll have to go vandalize some landmark tonight to lift myself out my deep dark depression.

I saw the yelp cached posting for this event. Seriously, what type of mongloids do stuff like this? Looks like a bunch of wanna be hipsters.

Hope all the critters made it. In nature, these animals go mostly undisturbed. Here, they are in one of the most visited (outside of Sea World or the Zoo/WAP) places in San Diego.

I can understand why people would want to do flash mob things. It is an alternative social event. Good for people to get off Facebook and have fun in real life. Got to respect public establishments, though.

Plus, if hipsters become mainstream...

You're disrespecting citizens of Mongolia and Crete. Dumb Americans do stuff like this.

The reports I heard is that it was his life partner. So, good for Filner not to miss the chance to remind everyone Carl is gay.

If DeMaio's partner was truly one of the people involved in this, then yes, it should be brought up. If a straight person's wife or husband did this, would it be wrong to highlight that relationship?

My question is, where the hell were the cops? You know you're going to have a crowd of hundreds, if not thousands of people. Just in case, you should have some presence there. For something like 100 people with the occupy movement, there were dozens of cops at the Civic Center. Why not have the same presence at this?
