I have just moved here. Renting in Tierrasanta and work at the large hospital at 163 and genesee. Want to buy a house in Spring valley. What will the commute be like at 6:30 am and going back 4 pm? thank you
Would you recommend another neighborhood with houses in the range of 250K?
Thanks again

I don't know about 6:30 but we live nearby in Lemon Grove. On a day with 0 traffic its a 15 min drive to Fashion Valley mall on the 94>805>8. Easy drive.

Depending where you are in SV can add 5-10 mins from the 94 or 125 side.

How did you feel about the house and area presuming you have seen it?
It can mix from area to area there but generally quiet. Just know that where you see lots of apartments clumped together is where more bad new tends to happen anywhere including SV.

For 250k that budget is tight anywhere, but of the 250k areas, its not bad.
