Does anyone have any neg/positive feedback about the area, units or complex itself. Thinking about renting in the area but have no knowledge of the area. Is the area kid-friendly, is there easy access to public transportation? Thanks in advance!

Which condo complex are you asking about? There are several in Bay Ho and Bay Park.

I've never lived at Coral Bay, but I know the area well.

Coral Bay is located on Clairemont Drive just east of Mission Bay.

Mission Bay is a great area for outdoor recreation.

The nearest shopping center to Coral Bay is a large strip center which has Keils supermarket, and a lot of small stores. There is a small public library across the street. There is a McDonalds, Carls Jr., Mountain Mike's Pizza, and Homestyle Buffet located in this strip center.

Other larger shopping centers are located a few miles away at Clairemont Town Square, and another at Balboa Ave and Genesee Ave.

Coral Bay is fairly close to I-5.

It is also relatively close to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. They are only 10 - 15 minutes away by car.

There are more small stores located on Morena Blvd, which runs right next to I-5.

There is a Costco at the northmost end of Morena Blvd.

You can also find more shopping on Grand Ave and Garnet Ave which are in nearby Pacific Beach.

Don't know El Dorado Hills at all.

Clairemont has two zip codes: 92111 and 92117.
