young adults 18-30 years old in San Diego County. (work, health)

Hi, it's me again, Jason. I was wondering, in genral, what do most young adults here in San Diego care about? I mean, their health and body, or their familes/relationships, or work/school? etc etc etc What do you all think or what have you all noticed about people in that age range here in San Diego County?

18-25 year olds care about getting loaded and laid.
25-30 year olds are starting their careers and families.

It's the same everywhere.

Everyone works out or plays sports.

When you're 18-25, you work out to look good for the chicks.
When you're 25-30, you work out to keep from getting fat.

I just started working out again yesterday, at 24 hour fitness. Its been a long time but i really need to work out and change my eating habbits. But it bugs the hec out of me how people in lakeside can stay in shape without going to the gym at all!!!!!!!! How can that be?

Well I fall into that area and I'll tell you 1st, I don't give a rats you know what about my health.I mean I don't do drugs or drink but I'm not into the whole staying fit thing.Right now mostly school and work for me.
