a) There's historical climate data. This isn't a matter where polling makes any difference.
b) February and March are missing.

There you go, Shmoov . . . cloudying up a good opinion poll with hard facts! If everyone did that, 90% of non-porn Internet traffic would shrivel up!

So if I take the "area under the curve" as my old statistics prof suggested . . .January is the coldest month. End of story.

. . . also, looking at that graph, reminds me of a friend in Toronto who would insist on sending me an e-mail each and every time the weather in Toronto was better than San Diego. I told him that, much like a broken clock that is right twice a day, since temps in Toronto are lower in the winter and higher in the summer, statistically he will be right for a few days in the Spring and Fall . . .which is nicely illustrated in this graph . . .
