Hello all,
This is my first posting. I am close to answering "yes" to my employer's offer to relocate to San Diego. I have lived most of my life in and around parts of Northern Illinois/Chicagoland...and I would be up for the change in scenery. However, the foremost thought in my mind, would be the "cost of living" in San Diego. I have, for the most part, determined that I should rent for a year...so as to get a "feel" for what suburbs of San Diego would be good. Eventually, I would probably purchase a Townhome or Condo what prices do they go for? I am assuming that the suburbs away from San Diego would be easier on the wallet? I would be willing to commute up to about an hour in and out of San Diego. Any commentary will be appreciated... ![]() |
