Hello, Im looking for apartments preferrably off the 805 fwy. from the el cahon blv exit down to plaza exit. I dont think I want to live in national city or chula vista. can anyone name any apartment complexes that are affordable and not too ghetto? or streets to look down. Im coming down tommorow, and I dont even know where to start looking. I would say rent no more than $775 a month for studio/1 bedroom. thanks

For that price range, I can tell you (without living in San Diego for years) that you'd be lucky to find a place. You'll find a much more desirable area if you considered a roommate for that price range.

Like we say in SD "UP THE PRICE"
You can't get much for that price.Plus not being to ghetto that stretch of the 805 might be some of the worst parts of the county. You might want to reconsider another area or even another city.
