The below article appeared in the San Diego UT. This impacts San Diego and South County residents of Orange County, who are SDG&E customers too.

I think it is safe to expect a very large increase in rates as SDG&E customers.

Thanks for the article. It's a good idea to read up everything on this subject.

But the fact that it's from the UT makes me read it with my bias-detector on full strength.
