Thanks Luvsouthoc! Im not giving up I am just doing my research before I do the move so I don't get screwed. I just want to find another place to call home.

Port Hueneme too because you can commute to areas that need chefs that I mentioned before, and also Ojai and Ventura.

I think I am going to do research on SB and Ventura! They both look like really nice beach towns.
