I hate to stereotype, but they typically come from the same area of the world where the prevalent driving style is much different than it is here.

I live in Torrey Hills, and I use my turn signals...probably because I learned to drive in North Carolina. I can't separate out a specific race or group, as your eagle eyes can, but can say that many do not use turn signals here. I drive a small black Z4 and have almost been driven off the road or sideswiped multiple times in Carmel Valley, simply because the driver is not paying attention or on the phone. My Next car is going the be an M2 Bradley with the M242 package
