This is my first time in SD.
Is there any public library around Downtown and Gaslamp?
I Will use only for studying my own papers.
Thank you.

Yes. It is around the corner from Petco Park (Padres Stadium). I went to use the bathroom but it wasn't going to open until the mid afternoon...on a Wednesday...too funny.

Even more important is where do you guys use a bathroom in downtown SD ? The only ones I found were at the Imperial Transit Station and The Library .

The Central Library is open 10-7 Mon - Thurs and 12-6 Fri - Sun. They are also going to have a cafe run by the company that runs the Living Room cafes.

Yes, the Central Library is the newest and nicest I've seen - check out view, ambiance from the reading room on top.

^^^ Yes Wireless Computing FAQ | San Diego Public Library.

Notice that the library has better weekend hours, no more of the 2:30-5:30 three hour a day business.

Yes next to the baseball stadium, but the hours are crazy so you might want to look online before you go.
