Hello,

Im interviewing for a job in EL Cajon. I have a friend who is wants to be roomies, and we are looking at the Mission Valley area. Can anyone share what the commute is like?

Unless you are driving to work from Mission Valley to El Cajon between 4-6PM (when most folks are going home), the commute will be an easy breezy 20 minutes, potentially less depending on how far you will be from the freeways on both ends.

Agreed - that's definitely a "reverse commute".

And depending on where exactly in Mission Valley and El Cajon, the Trolley (Green Line) might even be an option

Cosign above But i would move the dial back to 3:30-6:00.
It starts getting crazy on the 8 at about 3:30.

That's an EASY reverse commute. 15-20 min. El Cajon has some great food and is a change of scenery from mission valley. Not a bad place to work if you can land a job there. Good luck getting the position.
