Yeah, keep telling yourself that. You should read this article regarding expanding SD's convention center. San Diego can't afford it; something about no money. Meanwhile, in just a few short years, those Comic Con geeks will have an even bigger incentive to dress in costume when Star Wars Land opens. But hey, it's a win win, since it helps the region with tourism too, and that's good for San Diego and everyone else. But don't think for one moment we are not targeting Comic Con fully and aim to take it. Isn't it plainly obvious at this point?

From the article:

"Maybe the mayor will offer better information before Election Day 2016. It makes perfect political sense to try to prevent Comic-Con as well as the Chargers from leaving town, but San Diego’s famously frugal voters may require a robust discussion of the business tradeoffs, too."

Why are we talking about OC stuff, and convention center talk? We know San Diego can never get anything GREAT done around here.

This is about the Chargers and how a horrible team they are.

They aren't making themselves look good on the way up to L.A. after this terrible loss.

That being said it is so hard being a Chargers fan.

It only took 10 years, but welcome back!
Middle finger to both of you!

But seriously, We need to quit thinking in terms of building a stadium for the chargers and more building one for future events in San Diego.

That was a complete fail from top to bottom. They keep using injuries as the excuse but almost all other teams have key players out with injuries. They are officially in the cellar and may never get out.

I wonder if at some point Spanos will get the call from the NFL office that Goodell does not think the Charger's and their ownership will be good enough to represent in LA.

Aw, look how excited you are about that Disneyland expansion. Bet you're also dying to know when and where the next Cheesecake Factory will open next in Orange County.......Will it be Tustin? Dana Point? San Clemente? Let us know as soon as they make the announcement, ok?

It has to be some kind of record of losses on the last play.

At times like these I just look at the brighter side of things: Higher drafts picks.
