$1.99 spotted at a 7/11 in Spring Valley this morning. Under 2dlls is incredible.

Temperatures are warm and gas prices low, just my style.

I need to put a storage tank in my back yard
We have experience this before, only for some Refinery to go down and gas jumps up 2 bucks in 3 weeks

I was thinking the same thing. It's about time for a refinery to "flop".

The amount per gallon of tax the State gets does not drop, just the cost, so no less money for roads etc., and the money saved by the buyer gets spent elsewhere and taxed again and again.
