I just moved to PQ from SF. I'm looking to buy a house for my family.

Does anyone have any experience with the new KB Homes development Sea Cliff and Sea Cliff 2 in Rancho Penasquitos? I did a search on the internet and this website and didn't find anything related to reviews about these new communities for some reason.

For current homeowners who live in the new KB development:

How do you like it?
What is the quality of the homes/materials?
General comments?

Thanks a bunch, appreciate any info you can provide.

Sea Cliff one is a bit odd in the fact that they are new homes built on the same street as homes that are 30 years old. I grew up less than a half mile from the development. The area is a pain getting in an out of. During rush hour, it will take you at least 15-20 minutes just to get to the 56.

However, when we toured the homes they were very nice and thoughtful features. Just the location was a bit off for us.
