Huh? How so? Chicago has had one of the highest homicide rates in country for years. All mostly black on black crimes. You can’t deny the truth in this case.

Your claim was about minority majority cities. Chicago is far from being a minority majority city. The fact that most of the crime is committed by a minority group does not make your claim correct. It's an additional observation, is all.

New Orleans is a AA majority city, and they also still have a very high crime rate post Katrina, including murders.
