Default What's the best High Speed Internet option in SD?
I just want enough speed to surf the net and do email. What is the most economical option?

You might be area restricted to a certain carrier, so you likely will have little choice. If you're asking:

DSL vs. Cable: If you're just browsing and reading email, it really doesn't matter here, quite honestly. Speaking strictly on price, I'd recommend cable, which has no contract requirement and decent speeds for reasonable prices.
