Hi
Can anyone point me to an Oceanside community/development that has a strong HOA with nice homes? In the $650-800k range. Schools are not an issue. But we really want a no-nonsense HOA that keeps things orderly. Thanks!

I don't know the name of the community, but check out the area around Marin Dr. and Lassen Dr. in Oceanside. We have several friends who live on those streets and they really like living there. At one time, my good friend was president of the HOA.

Thanks. I will take a look. I am also interested in Vista and San Marcos. Newer construction the better.

I think the area is called Southridge Estates or something like that. The place has a real community spirit. They have block parties, progressive dinners, etc.
