Cool SANDICOR - San Diego MLS for free! (not an ad)

This is a secret that apparently hasn't been shared on these boards before...

If you are searching for a home in San Diego, check out Sandicor. It's the service that 99% of all local realtors use. They have to pay for their accounts and have a lot of functions, but you can get some of their functionality for free! It's perfectly legal too - it's a demo version linked to from their home page. You won't get all the details that a paying customer gets, but you get PLENTY of information.

I am not affiliated with Sandicor and do not receive any benefits from your visiting there. I am an internet-savvy home buyer who found this on my own and am doing you all a favor. I am already in escrow so I don't have to worry about competition anymore.

Without further delay, here are the links:

Advanced Search, for those who know exactly what they want:

I strongly recommend registering for a free account (top right corner) so you can save properties to your favorites listing.

Enjoy!

These links were working beautifully for me for a long time. Thank you for the information kwaping! Unfortunately, they stopped working recently.
If you by chance hear of any other similar links, please post those too.
Many thanks for posting the above; it has been MOST helpful to date.

The old SANDICOR access was replaced by the newer version, which requires dual-factor authentication and is inaccessible to the public.

There are plenty of realtors that allow free access to the MLS service from their site. One that I've used (and ended up being my realtor) is Alexiou. You have to register (free) to get full address info but not if you just want to surf/browse the homes. He never hassles you or anything though so it is well worth registering I think.
