Default 3 bed/2bath apartment/duplex - $1,500 cheap or expensive?

Assuming you're in the renter market, is $1,500 a fair price to pay monthly (not including utilities) for a 3bed/2ba apartment?

Depends on the location and condition of the property. In Logan it's expensive, in Del Mar it's a steal. On average, I'd call it a good deal.

Exactly. Depends on where you live in SD. I will say it's cheap to me. We pay MUCH more for a 2 bd apt.

For what area? I've seen plenty on CL for around $1600 in reputable neighborhoods.

In Poway you can rent a 3bd/2ba home for $1600.00; and that's in a decent neighborhood. $1500 is probably a median in San Diego for a 3bd/2ba rental.

Really? I've been checking for over a year for a deal like that. "most" rental homes/condos in the poway area and surrounding areas rent for at least $1800.

I would check craigslist.
