What's pay scales in semiconductor industry like in SD.
I checked Salary.com, and few other sites, but would like to see what locals have to say.

What would be the range for an electronics engineer with 8+ years experience (analog). Also, how does pay scales change if one is considered a key employee or highly sort after.

With the sunshine tax I would expect to top out by 125k as an engineer, but you should be able to go to well above 150k with some specialization or as management or a principal. There are good options here for a top EE.
