How are the schools in Fallbrook compared to the schools in Temecula?

In my opinion Temecula has the better school district. Fallbrook has two districts though, I'm not to familiar with the high school district, when it comes to the Elementary School District it's OK. I've seen worse, but Temecula I feel does more to reach out to their employees, parents, & students, and it has better schools for the most part.

Fallbrook is on a distinguished road
If you live east of Gird, you'e in the Bonsall school district which is on par with Bonita, Poway and LaJolla, a good school. There are plans for a new high school, also to be within the Bonsall school district.
