That is good to know, I have applied for about 10 jobs and put on there, relocating to San Diego area.

Any reason why you left?

2 years ago, single and at the age of 32, I moved to NYC because I felt like I need to go out on my own and see what's out there for me. I lived in LA for most of my lifetime, left that behind, all my close friends I have built and my family, and sold my house. However, I have a job in NYC before I moved.

I did not regret it. I learned more about myself and brought me and my ex-girlfriend then back together. We are very happy together now.

Skizzo, the door to go back home is always open, remember that...

No reason other than wanting change. Probably like you! Both of us had never lived outside of San Diego (except when my husband was in the Marine Corps and we were stationed in 29Palms, which isn't far, lol). We wanted 4 seasons, country, a place to raise our kids that was slower paced, etc....SD is great and I have nothing against it, nothing terrible ran us out. You will probably love it there!

It is nice knowing you can always go back to your hometown if things fail. I know I will definitely move if I get a job but it is pretty stressful selling a house you worked hard for, leaving a job that is secure and go to an unknown future. So you obviously came back from NYC to live in SD, it is funny you mention an ex because my ex fiance just moved last Monday from where I am to Ridgecrest and is trying to push me to come to Cali also.
