Looking for a house with a mother in law suite
Hello, my husband and I are looking to buy a house with quarters for my mother...I'm pretty internet savvy and I'm having a hard time finding anything...we're looking in the 600,000 range. We have yet to call a realtor, since we know they will be all over us like flies on you know what, and we are just looking right this second...we won't be ready to buy for at least a few months.
Does anyone know of any websites that list houses like this? Thanks so much for the help!

frippledip, try Real Estate Valuations, Homes for Sale, Free Real Estate Information | Zillow Real Estate
they show the values of homes in an area... and you can filter it to show the ones that are for sale... it is not as comprehensive yet... but insightful since you can see the prices of homes in an area and even the sale price for recently sold homes
