Default Mobile/Manufactured Homes
Hello

We're moving back to San Diego County sometime next April.

We're looking to buy a mobile home/manufactured home. BUT we want to buy it WITH the land.

Any ideas on which communities sell a home/land deal?

We want 2br/2ba, double wide, with central air in the Escondido area or the East County (Santee, Lakeside, El Cajon).

If we can't buy a MH with the land, then we are looking for a good, clean park to buy in with space rent not much over $600.
