Oh okay. Yeah, I've been to Coronado several times, but never ventured into IB. Coronado is amazing though. I love it there.

Default Life is good in San Diego

Thank you for sharing the beautiful pictures of San Diego! It is a great place to live. We have wonderful beaches, mountains, parks, and bay areas. People may think that San Diego is expensive but now prices on real estate are really great and there is a great inventory of homes to choose from. Love the sunshine and cool breezes over the Pacific Ocean! Coronado Island is a special place to live! the beaches and the life here is awsome!

These pics were taken last Friday during a hike (about 2.7 miles round trip) at Torrey Pines State Reserve. We started near the Torrey Pines Golf Course (site of next months U.S. Open) and made our way down to the beach. You end up at one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the County. Don't believe me? C'mon, let's go.....

The sandstone looks amazing at this time of the day

Many people run the trails for exercise

Looking down from the edge

These steps are new

It's time to take off the shoes! We didn't venture too far from the trail because the tide was high and getting trapped down there wouldn't be fun.

Almost sunset

The end to another day in paradise

Default A few Pics from the Coronada Bridge Run/Walk

Hey all....I did the Coronada Bridge Run/Walk on Sunday May 18 and had a blast....over 8000 people ran or walked the bridge from the convention center to Tidelands park in Coronada..not that far only 4 miles but alot of fun.

Lots of people heading South on Harbor Dr. in front of Convention Center.

Starting up the bridge..........

Declining down the bridge with Coronada as a nice backdrop,

Lastly the Finish line in Tidelands Park.

All is all it was a beautiful day and we got a free ferry ride back to the mainland........even though we're having to move to Maryland in August we might just come back next year for a visit and do the walk again...we'll see.

One last photo of the city skyline that I thought was a pretty shot....
